Kerala government amends rules, 'removes' Arif Mohammad Khan as Chancellor of Kalamandalam deemed university

Amid its tussle with the state Governor Arif Mohammad Khan, the Kerala government on Thursday decided to remove him as chancellor of Kerala Kalamandalam deemed-to-be university.
