Kerala: After Thomas Isaac, LDF MLAs, KIIFB also moves HC challenging ED summons in KIIFB transactions

Following an appeal to the Kerala High Court by former Kerala Finance Minister Thomas Issac and five Left Democratic Front (LDF) MLAs, the Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) also filed a petition with the court objecting to the Enforcement Directorate's summons regarding the KIIFB's financial transactions.
