Kentucky woman who shot her Uber driver dead because she thought he was kidnapping her murder charge

Phoebe Copas, 48, from Kentucky has been arrested and charged with murder in El Paso, Texas, for fatally shooting her Uber driver, 52-year-old Daniel Piedra Garcia.
