Kentucky law clerk Kim Davis who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples is ordered to pay $260,000 in legal fees in addition to $100,000 of previous damages

Kim Davis will have to pay $260,000 to the lawyers of David Ermold and David Moore for their fees and expenses after the couple successfully sued the county clerk who denied them a marriage licence.
