Kentucky Expands Recreational Vehicle Tax Law to Include Campers

KY House Bill 360 (Section 49) expands the definition of a motor vehicle to include recreational vehicles. For the first time, many types of campers are now subject to the 6% Motor Vehicle Usage Tax.
