Kentucky electric vehicle, hybrid drivers to contribute to state's road fund via new fees in 2024

Starting Jan. 1, two new fees will hit Kentucky's electric vehicle industry, targeting both drivers who don't contribute to the state's gas tax and the owners of publicly available charging
