It is with broken hearts and overwhelming sadness that we announce the death of Ken at the age of 73. He left the physical world for an offer he could not resist, a pain free rest.
He passed away peacefully, at home, April 19, 2021 surrounded by his loving family, following a brave, defiant fight.
Goodbyes hurt the most when the story is not yet finished.
Ken accomplished many things during his life. His greatest accomplishment was his family. He married the love of his life and best friend Maureen in 1973. They were happily married for 47 years. They enjoyed winter travels to Texas and summers at Trout Lake. When not travelling or spending time at the lake Ken could be found playing basketball (he stopped playing at age 70 but still joined the guys for a beer), listening to music, going to concerts or playing the guitar.
