Kejriwal requests L-G to replace chief secretary, days before Bill on Delhi ordinance is tabled in Parliament

CM Arvind Kejriwal’s request came a day after the next meeting of the National Capital Civil Services Authority (NCCSA) was put on hold as the Bill replacing the Centre’s ordinance is scheduled to be placed before Parliament in the coming week.
