CONFERENCE ARE ANNOUNCING WHAT THEY’VE FOUND SO FAR. RFO KANSAS CITY AND ANN FRASER. IT IS SOMETHING SHE’S WORRIED ABOUT HAVING A COMP. I DON'’ WANT TO DO ANYTHING THAT WOULD ALTER MY COURSE. ESH WAS DIAGNOSED AS PRE ALZHEIMER’S FIVE YEARS AGO. SHE HAS A FAMILY HISTORY OF IT AND IT’S YWH SHE HAS STAYED AWAY FOR NOW FROM GETTING THE COVID-19 VACCINE. IT’S NOT THAT SHE DOESN’T BELIEVE THE SCIENCE OR THAT SHE THINKS IT WON’T WKOR BUT GIVEN HERIA DGNOSIS. SHE DOESN’T WANT TO RISK ANY BRAIN LOSS WHATSOEVER. SO IF I WERE TO GET CODE THAT I MIGHT HAVE COGNITIVE DECLINE IF I GET THE GOT WILL I WILL I NOT I DON’T KNOW. SO I’M IT’S KIND OF A TOSS-UP RIGHTOW N AND IT’S WHY SHE WANTS TO HEAR WHAT PEOPLE IN DENVER ARE SAYING THIS WEEK. THIS IS THE ALZHEIMER’S ASSOCIATION INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE RESEARCHERS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD AREERE H AND SOME HAVE SPENT THE LAST YEAR STUDYING TO SEE IF THERE’S A LINK BETWEEN GETTING COVID-19 AND A HIGHER RISK FOR DEMENTIA ONE GROUP FOUND THAT TSEHO WHO HAVE CHANGE IN SMELL OVER A LONGER PERIOD OF TEIM ACTUALLY SEEM TO HAVE A MORE PERSISTENT MEMORY CHANGES IN. THEIR MEMORY IN THERE AND ATTENTION DEFICITS AS WELL,UT B THIS IS RESEARCH INVOLVING THOUSANDS OF COVID-19 SURVIVORS IN 40 COUNTRIES. SO SOLID ANSWERS HAVE YET TO BE FOUND BUT ONE THING THEY SEEM CONFIDTEN ABOUT THERE ISO N EVIDENCE THAT THE VACCINE IMPACTS THE BRAIN OR IMPACTS THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COVID-19 AND THE BRAIN IT’S GOOD. LIKE I SAID, IT’S GOOD NEWS. ION D’T KNOW. I JUST HAVE TO CHEW ON THAT FOR A WHILE. FRAZIER WANTS TO SEE MORE RESEARCH ONOM SETHING THAT IS STILL SO NEW AS PEOPLE KEEP WORKINGO TPIN DOWN COVID-19 AND THE POSSIBILITY OF STILL MORE LONG-TERM EFFECTS.
