Kawamoto Swim Stadium death ruled a suicide; victim identified as 24-year-old Oregon man | UPDATE

UPDATE: Hawaii Island Police have identified the body of the man found at the bottom of the Kawamoto Swim Stadium on October 18. He is 24-year-old Tyler Michael Thor Withers.
