Kate Silverton is looking incredible after finding a super fun way to lose weight.
The former BBC newsreader unveiled her slimmed-down frame as she appeared on The One Show last night.
The 50-year-old explained how she had taken up trampolining as a form of exercise in the first lockdown, as she vowed not to let being stuck at home be an excuse to put weight on.
The mum-of-two's hard work has clearly paid off as she looked slimmer than ever in a gorgeous duck egg coloured roll-neck jumper.
