After the Jammu and Kashmir High Court declared the State Land Vesting Ownership to the Occupants Act of 2001 unconstitutional on October 9, leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party castigated Kashmirâs unionist politicians for âbrightening their own homes while pushing the poor into darknessâ â wordplay on the name by which the law is popularly, Roshni Act.
