Karnataka HC directs govt to publicise Animal Welfare Board guidelines on feeding street dogs

The observation was made on Wednesday during a PIL seeking to regulate street dogs and implement Animal Welfare Board Guidelines, by a bench consisting of Justice Krishna Dixit and Chief Justice Prasanna Varale.
