Kanye West is being sued by a photographer over a photo he used to troll a Vogue editor. According to TMZ, last year, Kanye went after Vogue contributing editor Gabrielle Karefa-Johnson who called his "White Lives Matter" shirt "dangerous" and "irresponsible." In response, Kanye posted a photo of Gabrielle, saying she's "not a fashion person." According to the legal docs, the photo that Kanye posted was snapped by photographer Michaela Efford and she says she didn't give Ye permission to use her work on social media. Efford says that Kanye posting the photo without her permission has harmed her ability to market and make money off of the pic. She is now seeking unspecified damages.
