A man from Coffeyville, Kansas is charged with a shooting outside Zan nightclub Sunday morning in downtown Springfield.
23-year-old Jawaun Thompson says he was acting in self-defense when he shot another man, leaving him in critical condition.
Thompson told police he was tackled by two men before he fired the shots.
