Kanlaon Volcano activity decreasing but Alert Level 2 remains —PHIVOLCS

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology on Wednesday reported that Kanlaon Volcano’s state of unrest has been decreasing even as it remained under Alert Level 2.
