Kane County hopes keeping impact fee discount will attract developers

Kane County is set to maintain a 50% reduction in developer impact fees. Some base rates will rise (such as those on fast food drive-throughs) and some will fall (such as industrial manufacturing), but the 50% discount will apply across the board.
