Celebrate the spirit of make believe and a sense of community all in one parking lot. On Sunday, Oct. 31 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., drive through the Kahle Park Spooktacular sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Lake Tahoe. Everyone stays in their cars to trick-or-treat at the drive-through event.
