Justin Sawyer case: Man charged requests bond reduction, ankle monitor

One of the three men charged in connection to the robbery and kidnapping of Justin Sawyer on Wednesday requested a bond reduction and to be released on an ankle monitor. 
Dawuan T. Davis, 20, appeared via Zoom in front of Chief Circuit Judge John Atkins of Christian County. Davis has been incarcerated at the Christian County Jail since January.
Sawyer went missing December 17.
His body was found in Northeast Clarksville in early March. 
The two others who were arrested in connection to Sawyers disappearance — Marquell Devont’e Sims, 22, and Gene "Doug" Henry, 36, both of Oak Grove — were released from jail in January. Henry was released on his own recognizance; Sims is wearing an ankle monitor.
