Justice ministry, ADB strike deal on Commercial Court groundwork, capacity-building

The Ministry of Justice and Asian Development Bank (ADB) are teaming up to ensure that the soon-to-be-established Commercial Court inspires confidence among would-be litigants, and enhance the capacities of law enforcement officials.
