Justice Department should investigate beatings of Black inmates at Georgia jail, attorney says

An attorney for two Black men whose beatings by guards were recorded by security cameras at a Georgia jail is calling for the Justice Department to investigate what he called a systemic pattern of sheriff’s officers abusing detainees.
