Just in: INEC appeals against ruling that nullifies Gov. Adeleke 's election -

In the Notice of Appeal dated 30th January 2023, filed before the Court of Appeal, Akure Division, obtained in Osogbo Wednesday, the Commission listed 44 grounds of appeal and asked the court, to set aside the judgement of the Tribunal.
