Jury to decide punishment Thursday in Bowie County manslaughter case

NEW BOSTON, Texas --A man who slammed his vehicle into a 35-year-old nurse and mother of two on a wet Bowie County highway in 2018 testified Wednesday that he is "terribly sorry" for causing the woman's death.
