Judges, prosecutor say Miller County budget created pay disparities

TEXARKANA, Ark. -- The dialogue was tense at times as Miller County's three circuit judges and prosecuting attorney made their case for wage increases for their staff Monday during a meeting of the Quorum Court's budget committee.
