Judge tosses OMA-based lawsuit against Ottawa County, plaintiffs vow to appeal

A Muskegon circuit court judge has dismissed a lawsuit against the Ottawa County Board of Commissioners that alleged its Ottawa Impact majority violated Michigan's Open Meetings Act in January.
