Judge tosses Jan. 6 claims against Mo Brooks

A federal judge on Wednesday threw out a lawsuit seeking to hold Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) liable for the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol over his remarks at the "Stop the Steal" rally earlier that day.
