Judge throws out man's conviction after bodycam footage 'shows NYPD cop planting drugs'

A Staten Island judge on Friday threw out Jason Serrano's guilty plea to a charge of resisting arrest stemming from a March 2018 traffic stop, during which an officer allegedly planted drugs.
