Judge rules Lexington woman who killed a man acted in self-defense, dismisses charge

A Fayette Circuit Judge ruled Tuesday that a Lexington mother charged with killing a man was actually acting in self-defense. She still faces other charges, but her manslaughter charge was dismissed.
