Judge rules in favour of provincial department against intimidation and violence by striking Nehawu members

On Wednesday morning, Judge Johannes Daffue ordered that Nehawu was prohibited from doing anything which directly or indirectly obstructed or impeded access to and from the health facilities, whether movable or immovable and regardless of who the owner was.
