Judge Refuses to Dismiss Case of Hollywood Therapist's Killing

A judge refused today to dismiss the case against a man charged with murder and burglary in the death of a Hollywood marriage and sex therapist who plunged from the third-floor balcony of her Hollywood Hills home just over two years ago.
