Judge panel rules in favor of USDA's certification of organic hydroponic producers

A three judge panel of the U.S. District Court in San Francisco affirmed the legality of the U.S. Department of Agriculture to have the authority to recognize and certify growers using hydroponic organic production methods in a ruling issued yesterday.
