Judge orders Tower Heath to resume sale of Brandywine, Jennersville hospitals

Tower Health must resume its sale of Brandywine and Jennersville hospitals in Chester County to Canyon Atlantic Partners, Common Pleas Court Judge Edward Griffith ruled Monday. The companies have 90 days to finalize an agreement after Tower Health scrapped the initial deal in December.
