An Ontario Court judge went to great lengths to try and help the public understand why a man who committed a “despicable act on an innocent child” still got a plea deal.
The Norfolk County man, who can’t be named as it would identify his victim, was sent to prison recently after pleading guilty to sexual interference, but earned some leniency from the court.
