Judge declares mistrial in case of man accused of killing Weymouth Officer Michael Chesna and woman in 2018

Lopes was facing two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Weymouth Police Officer Michael Chesna and 77-year-old Vera Adams and will be retried in court at a later date.
