JTB’s Jamaica fam a major hit with Canadian agents

TORONTO — Agent feedback about a recent fam trip by the Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB) was overwhelmingly positive, proving that not only is Jamaica open for business but that it’s also safe to travel to.
Taking place from Nov. 29 to Dec. 5, the JTB-organized Canadian fam included 10 agents from Ontario and Quebec who were accompanied by tour guide Jerron Britton, JTB Senior Business Development Manager. During their stay, agents toured six different resorts – Bahia Principe Grand Jamaica, RIU Ocho Rios, Moon Palace Jamaica, Ocean Coral Springs, Royalton Blue Waters and IBEROSTAR Rose Hall – as well as enjoyed an excursion to the iconic Dunn’s River Falls to see how the attraction has modified its operations to keep visitors and employees safe during the pandemic.
