Saskatchewan’s restaurants and watering holes are hoping the end of COVID-19 health restrictions can help finish summer on a strong note.
Jim Bence, CEO of the Saskatchewan Hospitality and Hotel Association, said there is a sense of “tremendous optimism” in the hard-hit sector, even as it grapples with how to manage customer expectations and employee safety once Saskatchewan drops its last restrictions on July 11.
