About
In addition to architecture and design, Joseph Starr writes fiction and short prose. He also writes about movement culture, alternative health/wellness, and approaches to embodiment. His work has appeared in The Literary Review, Phoebe, The Denver Quarterly, and Modern In Denver. Currently the Editor at Designer Pages Media, he's the co-author of The Anatomy of Body Worlds (McFarland Press) and The Princess and the Pea (a re-telling of the classic tale as a teaching aid for American Sign Language). He's also the author of She-Wolf, an un-produced television pilot. More of his writing can be found on Medium. He lives with his wife, daughter, two large dogs, and two regular-sized cats. He enjoys Denver, but his heart in the mountains. See his website to collaborate on a project or contact him directly at joe@josephzstarr.com.
