9月14日，中共中央宣传部举行“中国这十年”系列主题新闻发布会，介绍新时代住房和城乡建设事业高质量发展举措和成效有关情况。当前，多主体、多渠道发展保障性租赁住房的格局已经初步形成，2021年和2022年，全国建设筹集330万套（间）保障性租赁住房，大约可解决近1000万新市民和青年人的住房困难。
