Joint panel to oversee projects

Kota Kinabalu: A State-Federal joint committee will be formed to coordinate the implementation of Federal development projects in Sabah, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor who also wants contractors who failed to deliver to be terminated.
