John Mangan: Notorious gangster and double-murder suspect freed from prison

A gangster, named in court as being involved in the murders of mobster Marlo Hyland and innocent plumber Anthony Campbell, is back on the streets after he was freed early from Portlaoise maximum security prison this morning.
