If you need to smile for six minutes straight, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jimmy Fallon — plus surprise guests — cooked up just the thing for you.
Appearing on "The Tonight Show" Tuesday to herald the upcoming return of Broadway and the release of the highly anticipated "In The Heights" film, the pair offered "Broadway's Back," a funny, poignant song-and-dance routine riffing off "You'll Be Back" from Miranda's smash-hit "Hamilton."
Broadway shows are set to return this fall on a staggered schedule.
Joining them along the way were nods from Broadway's beloved shows like "The Phantom of the Opera," "Chicago," "Dear Evan Hansen," "Hadestown," "The Lion King," plus newcomers like "Six" and the "Company" and "West Side Story" revivals and many more.
