Jimcy McGirt to be released after plea deal; Stitt 'shocked'

Jimcy McGirt, whose U.S. Supreme Court case rewrote American Indian history in eastern Oklahoma, is expected to be released soon after a judge approved his plea agreement with federal prosecutors.
