Aptech, provider of a leading suite of enterprise accounting, business intelligence, financial planning and management solutions for the hospitality industry, has announced the appointment of Jill Wilder as president of the company. Wilder has served as Aptech's vice president for 22 years and has been with the company since 1986. Aptech's outgoing president and founder, Jay Troutman, while stepping down from his day-to-day responsibilities, will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board and owner of the company. Troutman incorporated Aptech in 1970 and has led the company for more than 50 years. In addition to Wilder's appointment, Sam Costa has been named vice president, and will serve alongside current vice president Cam Troutman. Costa previously held the title of Director of Customer Support for Aptech, where he has served for nearly 30 years. These leadership changes were necessitated by the rapid growth of the company and are effective immediately.
