Jill Biden visits Marine Corps base in California to relaunch Joining Forces

Jill Biden visited US Marine Corp Air Ground Combat Center in Twentynine Palms, California, on Wednesday 
The first lady fought to keep her dress from flying up in the wind when she stepped off a helicopter
Biden stopped by the base's Child Development Center to visit with 14 pre-school children 
She then went to meet with military spouses, where she joked about her near-wardrobe malfunction 
'Note to self, next time I come to the desert, no skirt,' Biden told the socially-distanced group 
The visit marked the third and final stop on Biden's three-part tour of West Coast military installations 
The first lady is promoting the relaunch of her Joining Forces initiative supporting military families
