Jharsuguda by-election sees 68.21% polling till 5 pm; voting was peaceful, says CEO

The polling ended peacefully without any major untoward incident even as 1,814 police personnel, including Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), were deployed at 144 of the total 253 booths in the constituency.
