Jewish man who was beaten in hate crime attack slams plea deal for assailant

Joseph Borgen, 31, was brutally beaten by a group of pro-Palestinian demonstrators in May 2021, as he made his way to a pro-Israel rally in Times Square while wearing a kippah.
