Jeremy 'Scrooge' Hunt warns he will make 'horrible' decisions on tax and spending to save Christmas

The Chancellor warned that Thursday's Autumn Statement would be a 'rabbit-free budget' containing no sugar to coat the bitter taste of fiscal medicine to cure £60billion hole in the economy.
