Jefferson County students with ties to TI Bridge Authority awarded first Wilcox scholarships

ALEXANDRIA — Two Jefferson County students with family ties to the Thousand Islands Bridge Authority were recently named the first recipients of the Northern New York Community Foundation Russell I.
