JC student who lost her sister to NZ camper van crash talks about overcoming tragedy

18-year-old Shannon Chong lost her older sister to a New Zealand camper van crash in 2023. She told CNA how she helped take charge of family matters while studying for the A-Levels at Jurong Pioneer Junior College.
