JB Akers appointed by Jim Justice for Moore Capito's seat | Kanawha Valley

Charleston attorney JB Akers was appointed to take Moore Capito's seat in the House of Delegates Tuesday. Akers previously ran for mayor of Charleston, and his wife, Maryclaire, is a Kanawha County Circuit Court judge.
